We provide after-rebate Medicare services to clients with a valid care plan. It's important to note that this is a government rebate and our Medicare services to eligible clients are not bulk bill services.
Bulk Billing ServicesWe offer bulk billing services exclusively to Work-Cover and DVA clients. If you are a Work-Cover claimant, please ensure you have the appropriate documentation and a valid claim number. For DVA clients, we provide dedicated treatment on receiving their Gp referral letter. Weekend Rates and Discounted Rates:Please be aware that weekend rates are applicable to all clients who receive therapy on Saturdays. However, the package and other discounted rates are only applicable for appointments from Monday to Friday. After hour ( 5 pm) fees will be subject to different rate.
Clinical Records and Freedom of InformationOur clinic considers medical records as part of our Intellectual Property (IP) system. Only the client or officially authorized individuals acting on behalf of the patient can request a copy of medical records, subject to an additional cost.
